What is Tuck in Diving?

The position (letter C) with knees pulled tight to the chest and hands on the shins. It is the fastest-rotating and therefore easiest position for multiple somersaults, carrying a lower DD than the same dive in pike or straight.

Example: He needed the tuck to fit four and a half somersaults into ten metres.
