What is Platform in Diving?
The rigid tower apparatus, 10m above the water in Olympic events, with lower platforms used in training. With no spring to help, all height comes from the legs, entry speeds are far higher, and the armstand dive group exists only here.
Example: She moved from springboard to platform because her takeoff power suited the tower.
