What is High diving in Diving?

The separate discipline from towers around 27m for men and 20m for women, where dives are entered feet-first because head-first entry at those impact speeds is unsafe. Contested at the World Aquatics Championships and on cliff diving tours.

Example: High divers hit the water at motorway speeds, which is why they land feet-first.
