What is Lineout in Rugby?
The restart after the ball goes into touch: forwards form two parallel lines and the hooker throws the ball straight down the middle while teammates lift jumpers to catch it. Teams use coded calls to hide which jumper will be the target.
Example: They stole the lineout on the opposition throw five metres from the line.
