What is Fly-half in Rugby?

The number 10, rugby's chief playmaker and usually its goal-kicker. The fly-half decides whether each phase is run, passed or kicked, and steers the team's territorial game — the closest analogue to an American football quarterback.

Example: The fly-half controlled the match with pinpoint kicking.
