What is Pick-up (toe-lift) in Gaelic Football?

The legal way for an outfield player to lift the ball from the ground: scooping it up with the foot into the hands. Snatching the ball directly off the turf with the hands is a technical foul.

Example: One fluid toe-lift at full stride and he was away.
