What is Solo in Gaelic Football?

The signature carrying skill: dropping the ball onto the foot and toe-tapping it back into the hands while running, required (or a bounce) every four steps to keep carrying legally. A player may solo repeatedly but may not bounce twice in a row.

Example: She soloed twice at full pace before slotting the point.
