What is Black card in Gaelic Football?
The sanction unique to Gaelic games for cynical fouls — deliberately pulling down, tripping or body-checking an opponent: the offender spends 10 minutes in the sin bin and cannot be replaced. Introduced to protect attacking play.
Example: The last defender took the black card to stop the goal chance.
