What is Rushed behind in Australian Rules Football?

A behind deliberately conceded by the defending team forcing the ball over its own scoreline under pressure — giving up 1 point to gain a controlled kick-in. Doing it without genuine pressure concedes a free kick instead.

Example: Under siege, the defender rushed a behind to relieve the pressure.
