What is Centre bounce in Australian Rules Football?

The restart that opens each quarter and follows every goal: the field umpire bounces the ball hard in the centre circle and the ruckmen leap to tap it to their midfielders, with team numbers inside the centre square restricted by the 6-6-6 rule.

Example: Their ruckman won the centre bounce tap straight to the rover.
