What is Inside 50 in Australian Rules Football?
An entry of the ball into the attacking zone inside the 50-metre arc. Inside-50 counts approximate attacking pressure; the quality of entries (to a marking target versus a hopeful bomb) matters as much as the count.
Example: Sixty-five inside 50s but only nine goals — a wasteful night.
