What is Free kick in Australian Rules Football?

Possession awarded for an infringement — high contact, push in the back, holding the ball, throwing, running too far, deliberate out of bounds — taken as an unpressured kick from the spot. Marks also confer a free kick.

Example: The high tackle gifted him a free kick 30 metres out.
