What is Drop punt in Australian Rules Football?

The standard footy kick: the ball is dropped vertically and struck so it spins backwards end-over-end, flying straight and true. Used for passes and most shots at goal because of its accuracy.

Example: A 55-metre drop punt hit the leading forward on the chest.
