What is Cover in Kabaddi?
The defensive positions in the middle of the chain — right cover and left cover — responsible for reading the raider and making thigh holds and dashes in central areas. Covers are the defence's organisers, marshalling when the chain should advance or retreat.
Example: The left cover's late dash saved a certain touch point.
