What is Raid in Kabaddi?

Kabaddi's unit of attack: one player crosses into the opponents' half, tries to touch defenders or cross the bonus line, and must return to their own half to bank the points. Raids alternate between teams throughout the match and are capped at 30 seconds in professional play.

Example: Pawan Sehrawat scored on eight of his eleven raids in the first half.
