What is Back hold in Kabaddi?

A tackle from behind in which the defender wraps the raider's waist or torso and hauls them away from the mid line. Often applied when a raider turns their back to sprint home, and frequently the first grip that triggers a chain tackle.

Example: He seemed clear until the back hold yanked him off his feet at the baulk line.
