What is Ankle hold in Kabaddi?

A staple defensive skill in which a defender — usually a corner — dives low and locks the raider's ankle to halt their escape, holding on until teammates pile in. Timing is everything: a mistimed ankle hold leaves the defender touched and out.

Example: The left corner's diving ankle hold stopped the raider a step from the mid line.
