What is All out (lona) in Kabaddi?

The wipe-out of an entire team: when all seven of a side's players are out, the opponents score two extra points and all seven return to the mat. Traditionally called a lona, an all out is kabaddi's momentum-defining event — the two-point bonus comes on top of all the points that emptied the mat.

Example: Back-to-back super raids set up the all out that broke the game open.
