What is Group A / Group B in Weightlifting?

Sessions within one bodyweight category, seeded by entry total. Group A contains the strongest entries and effectively decides the medals; lower groups lift earlier in the day.

Example: A lifter from Group B occasionally posts a total that survives into the medals, but it is rare.
