What is Twiddle in Table Tennis?

Rotating the racket in the hand between or during strokes so a different rubber strikes the ball — typically swapping a spinny inverted side and a dead or pimpled side to scramble the opponent's spin read.

Example: He twiddled mid-rally, and her read of the returning spin was suddenly wrong.
