What is Gyaku-zuki in Karate?
The reverse punch: a punch thrown with the rear hand, hips rotating behind it, opposite hand to lead foot. The single most common scoring technique in competition kumite.
Example: He countered the kick with a perfectly timed gyaku-zuki.
