What is Shootout in Field Hockey?

The tiebreaker for knockout matches: attackers get 8 seconds to score one-on-one against the goalkeeper, starting with the ball on the 23-metre line. Five rounds per team, then sudden death.

Example: India's Sreejesh made two saves in the shootout to seal the medal.
