What is Break (break side) in Ultimate Frisbee?
The side of the field the mark is trying to prevent throws to. A break throw beats the mark to that side, and an offense that can 'break the force' at will is nearly impossible to defend.
Example: She threw three break-side passes in a row to unlock the zone.
