What is Turning technique in Taekwondo?

Any scoring technique executed with a spin — back kicks, spinning hook kicks and tornado kicks. Turning techniques carry a scoring premium: 4 points to the trunk, 5 to the head, confirmed by the judges on top of the sensor reading.
