What is Gam-jeom in Taekwondo?
Taekwondo's only penalty: awarded for offences like falling, grabbing, pushing, stepping out of bounds or stalling, and every gam-jeom gives the opponent 1 point. Accumulating them can forfeit a round or match.
Example: Forcing a leading fighter out of bounds for a gam-jeom point is a standard late-round tactic.
