What is Lob in Squash?

A high, soft shot arcing over the opponent's volley reach into a back corner — squash's classic defensive reset, buying time to reclaim the T. Risky because a lob drifting too far catches the out lines.

Example: Under pressure at the front, she floated a lob to the back left.
