What is Quarter (back quarter) in Squash?
One of the two areas into which the half-court line and short line divide the back of the court. A serve must be capable of landing in the quarter opposite the server's box, unless volleyed.
Example: The serve dropped just inside the back quarter for an ace of sorts.
