What is Regu in Sepak Takraw?
The Malay word for team, and the name for a sepak takraw side of three players — tekong, feeder and striker. It also names the classic 3v3 discipline itself, as distinct from doubles and quad events.
Example: Thailand's men's regu went through the tournament unbeaten.
