What is Feeder in Sepak Takraw?

The playmaker stationed at a quarter circle by the net — also called the tosser or setter. The feeder hand-tosses the ball for the serve and, in open play, delivers the lofted second touch that sets up the striker's spike. The quality of the feed decides the quality of the attack.
