What is 10-point must system in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)?

The round-scoring method inherited from boxing: each judge must give the round's winner 10 points and the loser 9 or fewer, with 10-8 reserved for dominant rounds. Round scores are summed to decide each judge's card.

Example: Two 10-8 rounds meant even losing round three couldn't cost him the fight.
