What is Drafting in Triathlon?

Riding closely behind another cyclist to sit in their slipstream, which dramatically reduces effort. Legal in elite Olympic-style racing, banned in Ironman and most age-group races, where it is the most commonly penalised offence.

Example: He was carded for drafting on the coastal stretch and lost five minutes in the tent.
