What is Windmill in Softball?

The full-circle underhand pitching motion used in fastpitch: the arm rotates 360 degrees before releasing the ball at the hip. It generates remarkable speed and allows spin-based pitches like the rise ball and drop ball.

Example: Her windmill delivery hides the changeup until the very last moment.
