What is Bandeja in Padel?
Padel's signature overhead: a controlled, sliced 'tray' shot played from shoulder height in answer to a lob, designed to keep the ball low off the glass and — crucially — let the hitter hold position at the net rather than gamble on a kill.
Example: Rather than smash from behind the service line, he rolled a bandeja deep and stayed at the net.
