What is Footwork rule in Netball?

After catching the ball, a player may not re-ground their landing foot before releasing the ball, though they may pivot on it and step with the other foot. Breaking it is called stepping and concedes a free pass.

Example: She caught on her right foot, pivoted, and released before the right foot touched down again, perfect footwork.
