What is Sok (elbow) in Muay Thai?
The elbow strike, legal in Muay Thai and thrown in many forms — horizontal, slashing, uppercut, spinning. Elbows cut: many stoppages come from doctor inspections of elbow wounds rather than knockdowns.
Example: A short sok on the break opened a cut over the eye.
