What is Sixes in Lacrosse?

World Lacrosse's short format and the discipline for the LA 2028 Olympics: 6v6 including goalies on a smaller field, short quarters, a 30-second shot clock, no long poles, and instant goalie restarts after goals instead of face-offs. Designed as lacrosse's fast, broadcast-friendly equivalent of T20 or rugby sevens.
